The Department of Education has launched a consultation, concerning draft provisions proposed in the Teachers’ Pension Scheme (Remediable Service) Regulations (Northern Ireland) 2023, which will run for eight weeks and close on 16 June 2023.

The consultation on the Functions currently delivered by GTCNI has now closed. The 'Analysis of Consultation Responses' contains a breakdown of responses to consultation questions.
