Forms to enable grant-maintained integrated schools and voluntary grammar schools to apply for school meals grant.

School Meals Funding

The Department issues three Advances of grant each year towards the cost of the school meals service in voluntary grammar and grant maintained integrated schools. Advances of grant will be paid on receipt of completed spreadsheets.

The Department issued letters on 7 September 2017 requesting schools to complete the Second Estimated Requirements spreadsheet for completion by 29 September 2017.

Second Estimated Requirements Spreadsheet 2017/18

Producing schools should complete this spreadsheet and return it to the Department no later than 29 September 2017 to 
schoolmealsteam@education-ni.gov.uk

Buying-In Schools should complete this spreadsheet and return it to the Department no later than 29 September 2017 to 
schoolmealsteam@education-ni.gov.uk

Annual Statement of Account 2016/17

The Department issued letters on 26 April 2017 requesting schools to complete the Annual Statement of Account, associated MG3 and Annual Record of Meals Supplied spreadsheets for 2016/17 and return them to the Department no later than Friday 9th June 2017 to schoolmealsteam@education-ni.gov.uk
