    Summary

    The Department has launched a consultation on the suggested discontinuation of the Attendance at grant aided primary, post primary and special schools in Northern Ireland Summary statistics and changes to the Attendance at grant aided primary, post primary and special schools in Northern Ireland Detailed statistics.

    Consultation description

    The publications are released annually and contain attendance figures for schools including information on the rates of absence, type of absence and reason for absence.

    There are 2 areas that we are seeking users views on:

    1. The discontinuation of the Attendance at grant aided primary, post primary and special schools in Northern Ireland: Summary statistics.
    2. The recommended changes to the content of the Attendance at grant aided primary, post primary and special schools in Northern Ireland: Detailed statistics.
