The Period Products (Free Provision) Act (Northern Ireland) 2022 requires the Department to consult on and provide Guidance to the ‘Specified Public Service Bodies’ specified in The Period Products (Department of Education Specified Public Service Bodies) Regulations (Northern Ireland) 2024.
The Department consulted by correspondence with Specified Public Service Bodies on its draft Guidance document between 16 April 2024 and 15 May 2024.
