The temporary arrangements of contacting Teachers’ Pay Team by email due to the impact of COVID-19 has been kept under regular review.
From Monday 20th of July, some staff will be returning to Waterside House to answer telephone queries. There are measures in place to protect staff which will include restrictions on the number of staff in the office at any one time to ensure social distancing guidelines are adhered to. As a result it may take us longer than usual to answer your call.
Whilst Teachers’ Pay Team are able to receive telephone calls again, you can continue to email queries to the email addresses below which will be responded to in line with Departmental response time guidelines. We are also receiving and processing post as normal.
