Whilst Teachers’ Pay Team receive telephone calls, we would prefer email queries to the email addresses below which will be responded to in line with Departmental response time guidelines. We are also receiving and processing post as normal.

Teachers pay team is now restructured from 5 legacy board areas to employer based permanent teacher sections, which will create a total of 4 different sections.
Details of each are as follows.
- Temporary Team (This remains the same for substitute NISTR teachers – teachers employed for less than 12 months) and email Inbox has not changed.
