Statement from Education Minister on ‘A Fair Start’ report

Education Minister Peter Weir has made a statement to the Northern Ireland Assembly following the publication of ‘A Fair Start’ report and action plan.
An Expert Panel launched the report today which examines the links between persistent educational underachievement and socio-economic background.
