Circular 1996/32 - The education (1996 order) (commencement no. 1) order (Northern Ireland) 1996

This circular explains the effect of the following legislative articles, in relation
to; the Northern Ireland curriculum and associated assessment
arrangements; key stage definitions; under-age/over-age transfer; and
Boards of Governors:- articles 35(1) to (5) and schedule 3; and
articles 31, 34, 40 and schedule 4; of the education (Northern
Ireland) order 1996.
