Circular 2015/12 - GTCNI registration of teachers amendment to regulations NI 2015

This Circular provides confirmation that from 1 April 2015 the Department has conferred powers on the General Teaching Council for Northern Ireland (GTCNI) to enable it to consider cases of serious teacher misconduct and, where appropriate, to remove a teacher from its register.
