    Circular 2017/06 provides information to support schools preparing or revising their school development plans. It also sets out details of the annual key stage outcomes data and the way in which the 2015/16 averages have been calculated.The Levels of Progression 2015/16 paper outlines the methodology applied by the Department of Education (DE) to 2015/16 Key Stage Assessment data in order to generate specific high-level NI averages which can be utilised by the Department and schools in their key policies and target setting.
