    The following circular provides guidance and advice for Education Otherwise Than At School (EOTAS) centres in relation to the use of SIMS to record pupil data for management information purposes.  It also details requirements for what is required from EOTAS centres in terms of the Annual School Census return for 2017.  Primary, post-primary and special schools should be aware of the contents of this circular as EOTAS centres may be in touch to request transfer of pupil records in SIMS.
