DE Circular 2026/04 - Changing School Numbers

The purpose of this circular is to introduce the policy that enables the Department to make use of the Education (Northern Ireland) Order 1997 to change a school’s approved numbers where there is sufficient evidence to do so without the need for a Development Proposal (DP).
