Mitchell House School - I would respectfully request a copy of any correspondence between the Dept and the EA/BELB confirming that the new build was cancelled and a copy of any correspondence between the EA/BELB and the Dept in relation to this also, so that we might be able to understand  who made the decision and how this was communicated to the EA/ BELB and who was in receipt of this information. I would also request a copy of any minutes of any meeting where future of Mitchell House School was discussed since 2002.
