Management information on attendance of pupils and workforce in schools

To coincide with the commencement of the new academic year management information was collected from schools and educational settings to monitor the impact of COVID-19 on pupil and workforce attendance.
The management information presented in the following link was derived from two sources. Firstly, a weekly data collection from grant-aided schools to gather information on workforce attendance, collected every Tuesday starting on the 18th August. Secondly, a cumulative weekly report on pupil attendance that began the week commencing 24th August when pupils returned to school. This report is taken direct from the School Information Management System (SIMS) at no further burden to the schools. Figures reflect the responses made.
