Pension Notice - NITPS - Launch of retrospective remedy consultation

The Department of Education has launched a consultation, concerning draft provisions proposed in the Teachers’ Pension Scheme (Remediable Service) Regulations (Northern Ireland) 2023, which will run for eight weeks and close on 16 June 2023.
