Some findings from PISA 2018 warranted further analysis. The Department, as part of the study, commissioned three additional reports:
- PISA 2018 additional analyses: What differentiates disadvantaged pupils who do well in PISA from those who do not?
- PISA 2018 additional analyses: What does PISA tell us about the wellbeing of 15-year-olds?
There is a particular interest across the UK in both trends for disadvantaged groups and to identify factors that are associated with overcoming socioeconomic background and succeeding in PISA.
There is also particular interest across the UK in pupil wellbeing and attitudes and how these change overtime
A third report in this series of additional analysis: PISA 2018 Learning From Other Countries has been delayed due to Covid-19.
