    RSM McClure Watters (formerly FGS McClure Watters)was commissioned by the Department of Education to undertake a Needs Assessment and Feasibility Study for the Development of High Level Diagnostic Tools in Irish for Children with Special Educational Needs in the Irish Medium Sector. The aims of the research were to identify and define the exact need for high level diagnostic tools in Irish; and assess the technical, operational and economic feasibility of the development of such tools, through examination of existing models and research.
