Report of the Transitions inter-departmental working group. This was developed through a sub-group of the special educational needs inter-departmental group, comprised of representatives from the education and health sectors. The group was set up to consider how children with Statements of Special Educational Needs (SENs) can realise their full potential in school and also go forward to achieve their after school goals and aspirations, through further education, training, work or day care.
