The assessments provide a robust and consistent measure of literacy and numeracy outcomes, enabling meaningful comparison across the education system and establishing a reliable baseline against which future progress can be measured. This publication also provides a valuable picture of our children and young people’s outcomes in literacy and numeracy at key stages of their education.
