    Halloween Revision Scheme 2025

The Halloween Revision Scheme is intended to enable schools to provide additional support to Year 12 pupils preparing to take modular examinations in November 2025 in GCSE English, Maths and Science.

Almost 70 schools have volunteered to run a scheme for their pupils and the funding available to each is set out in a spreadsheet accessible by following the link below.  The available funding is tiered at £1,000, £1,500 or £2,000 based on Year 12 enrolment numbers.

Schools that did not previously express an interest but wish to consider providing a scheme should contact the School Improvement Team at DESIT@education-ni.gov.uk

The Department will seek expressions of interest for the Easter Scheme early in 2026.
